DELIVERY

Christmas orders

Ordering before the Christmas cut-off dates below will give you the best chance to get your item where it needs to be for Christmas. However, we are unable to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas due to impacts on airfreight as a result of COVID-19 and other unforeseen service impacts outside of our control.

Orders within New Zealand: Order by 21 December

Orders to the Rest of the World: Order by 25 November


New Zealand orders

We offer standard delivery on New Zealand orders with a flat-rate of $9.60. For rural delivery, we offer a flat-rate of $13.50. Standard delivery includes tracking and takes 3-5 working days to be delivered depending on location. While we do our best to pack and post your orders as soon as possible, please allow up to 2 working days for processing and handling. Please enter your shipping address carefully, as undelivered orders due to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout will incur charges payable for re-delivery. All orders are shipped via New Zealand Post.

International orders

We offer standard delivery on all Australia orders with a flat-rate of $20.00. For all other international orders, we offer a flat-rate of $35.00. Standard delivery takes 7-15 working days to be delivered depending on location. Please allow up to 2 working days for processing and handling. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees once the order reaches the country of destination, and are at the responsibility of the recipient. Please enter your shipping address carefully, as undelivered orders due to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout will incur charges payable for re-delivery. All orders are shipped via New Zealand Post.

 

RETURN POLICY

We will offer store credit for any item purchased on our website that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in unused, saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of purchase. All returned items are at your own cost. Store credit will be valid for 6 months from return date. The store credit will be issued in the form of a discount code to the value of the item you purchased.

While we inspect all items with care prior to shipping, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, e-mail our Sales team at sales@wilsonsisters.nz within 14 days of receipt of purchase with a description of the fault along with pictures. Your claim will be reviewed by our Sales team, and if approved, you will be asked to return your item to us. When the returned item has been received, we will examine the fault and a refund will be credited to your original method of payment. In the event that an item is faulty, attach your return shipping receipt to the invoice and include it along with your faulty item for reimbursement.

Please note that if you wish to return an item, you will need to first e-mail our Sales team at sales@wilsonsisters.nz to discuss your options. All returned items must be returned in unused condition, with all original tags intact, and with the invoice you received enclosed. Should our return policy not be honoured, the item will be returned to you with charges payable for return shipping.
